Financial Policies

Muscle Works Inc. has three payment options to help our patients with convenience and economy.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. 

1. Non Insurance: Each office visit is $125.00 per half hour, not including any supplements that you may need. We discount the fee to $60.00 (after first initial visit) for patients without health insurance. (Please note: insurance forms will not be given to patients to submit insurance billings themselves.)

2. Insurance Option 1: Patients with insurance will pay a fee of $60.00 at each visit (after the first initial visit), and Muscle Works Inc. will bill the insurance company for the balance.  Muscle Works Inc will then in return accept the insurance reimbursement as a payment in full, and no further payment from the patient will be required in terms of the balance insurance does not cover.

3. Insurance Option 2:  Patient will not pay any fee at the time of visit and Muscle Works Inc. will bill insurance. Once submitted they insurance will send us an EOB (explanation of benefits). The balance of what the insurance does not cover will then be the responsibility of the patient as they will be billed from Muscle Works Inc. (Please note: This is the most expensive option)

Patients with insurance cannot opt for the cash only program.

If you decided to choose an insurance plan, please present your insurance card to the reception to verify insurance. 

Muscle Works Inc. also takes Workers Compensation cases and Personal Injury cases, where there is no out of pocket expense for the patient.
